The institution using this resource are the only ones allowed to use and perform the material supplied.  MusaSchools musicals and songs are fully protected by the Copyright Act and all the rights, including Stage, Motion Picture, Radio, Television and Public Readings are strictly reserved.

If your school purchases a MusaSchools musical, only that institution may be allowed to perform and use that resource.

The name of the author and/or MusaSchools logo shall appear in all programs, posters and advertising and no changes or omissions shall be made to the title, characters, text of the play without prior written consent from the author.

The fee payable covers the use of the MusaSchools resource for the period agreed.  This includes the script, songs and organisational resources supplied.

On completion of this application form, an invoice will be sent out via email.  Once payment is received, your chosen MusaSchools resource will be sent out accompanied with a receipt.  Payment can be made via internet banking.
